This is one of many projects Glulam Timber Engineering has undertaken. This two-story building combines Glulam and steel in its design.

The steel provides the necessary stiffness for the Mezzanine floor’s long spans, while Glulam adds sustainability
and beauty to the buildings mainly glazed outer frame. This Hybrid mix is becoming more and more prevalent in medium to large buildings.

Many new supermarkets primarily use Glulam as the main structure, supported by custom steel connections and tie-rod systems.
